Terms & Conditions
Billing Terms:
You certify that you authorize DannySentMe, LLC to automatically charge your account via automated credit card or debit via PayPal® monthly subscription. Declined attempts may result in restriction or cancellation of any product or service. A Service termination must be done no later than five (5) calendar days before the service term will renew.
Contract Terms:
The term of this agreement will commence upon acceptance of this agreement. This Agreement renews automatically at the expiration of the Initial Term for a period equal to the Initial Term, unless cancelled within 30 days after the renewal. Once the terms of contract have been met, you may cancel your service at any time. Any outstanding balances must be paid in full prior to account(s) closure. This agreement is for one of three options selected in the proposal.
Consent Terms:
By providing your email address, phone, billing and contact information, you agree that DannySentMe, LLC may send you email notifications, promotional material and any other marketing materials. DannySentMe, LLC will not share your email address, and will only use it for internal purposes. By providing your phone number, you agree that DannySentMe, LLC , its affiliates and agents, may contact you at this number. If this is a cell phone number, you agree that we may contact you via phone call and/or using an automatic dialer, including pre-recorded messages and/or text messages, even if your cell phone provider may charge you for calls according to your current plan.
Compliance Terms:
Any misuse or abuse of DannySentMe, LLC software or products are subject to immediate account termination. Fraudulent activity or misconduct of any type of DannySentMe, LLC software, tools or platform is subject to immediate account termination. Termination for cause by either party, if either party breaches a material term of this agreement of a program addendum, the other party may terminate this agreement, if the breaching party does not cure such breach within five (5) business days after receiving written notice of such breach.
